NUTRITION CHART for WEEK 2
This chart describes my total intake of nutrition over a 7 day period. After looking over Week 1's analysis of my food intake, it is clearly seen that I ate more carbohydrates this week. I should be careful how much fat and carbs I put into my body because I am not getting as much energy as I should. I need to start eating more protein, but healthy choices of protein to gain my strength back. |
ACTIVITY CHART FOR WEEK 1 & 2
This activity chart shows the activity I have done in the past two weeks. Unfortunately, I have not done much exercise lately which is why I am enclosing this into one chart. To improve my daily intake of exercise, I want to start going to the gym soon because I now have a membership to L.A. Fitness. I am not a big fan of doing sports, which is why I think the gym and maybe hiking with friends will be a great alternative for me to help me start becoming an active person. The last two weeks, I only went on a few runs with my uncle on the weekends. I would love to keep doing that but I also want to stay active during the week of school. Exercise will help get my brain flowing and help increase my body strength, power, and energy. |
